"My Kitchen" in is a solid gem that offers an authentic and delightful Chinese food. The menu is extensive and caters to all tastes. We started with the Hot and Sour Soup and the Pork Dumplings, both of which were absolutely delicious. The soup had the perfect balance of spice and tang, while the dumplings were tender and flavorful. For the main course, we tried the Kung Pao Chicken and the Beef with Broccoli. The Kung Pao Chicken had the right amount of heat and crunch, and the beef was tender and cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and savory, and the portions were generous. The prices are a bit more (a couple dollars than normal) but still very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. "My Kitchen" is definitely a place we will return to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Chinese cuisine.

We stopped in to My Kitchen on our way home from a dance competition (my daughter's not mine). The workers who were up front were super pleasant. We decided to dine in (driving home to Marana - would not be easy to eat and drive). Sat at the table and almost immediately our crab Rangoon's came out. They were freshly cooked and weee beyond delicious! They were super creamy and had a nice fry to them. The sweet and sour sauce that came with them was one of the best that I have had (my wife is not a fan of sweet and sour sauce. She loved My Kitchen's sauce!) Almost immediately after they brought out the cashew chicken. Usually when I go to a Chinese restaurant the plates are void of any real veggies. Not here! Generous serving of veggies accompanied the meal (carrots, celery, peppers, baby corn, zucchini, pea pods). The veggies were nicely cooked (can tell that the dish was freshly cooked, as there was a nice crisp still to the veggies). The food was delicious! I stole a few pieces of the sweet and sour pork from my father-in-law's plate. Just like the Rangoon's the pork was perfectly fried (and not greasy). Finally, loved the reusable dishes, water glasses and silverware. I highly recommend and will plan on being back next time we are in the area! (There were 4 in our party. Average rating was a 4.75 stars)

Great for dining in or takeout, My Kitchen serves up some excellent NY style Chinese cuisine. If you dine in, ordering is at the counter and then you seat yourself. Aside from the food, I was impressed with the dishware used for serving and the metal cups for drinks. It just added to the overall dining experience.

YOU GUYS! What a little gem this is! Located at Cooley Station, in the Fry's parking lot, this place is just going to continue to get more and more popular as this area grows so GET. IN. HERE. NOW! It's fast casual, in that you counter order, however, they serve you your food at the table. The atmosphere is pretty stark and plain but it's the seating is nice and it's a clean dining room. The food is served on nice ceramic ware, the forks are a black metal and the water glasses are stainless steel. We showed up before 5 pm on a Saturday and there was no one in the dining room. Within 30 minutes of our being there, every table was taken. CONSTANT takeout traffic. Friendly staff! The food: the least exciting dish were the egg rolls. They were just okay. The filling was somewhat bland and the outside didn't seem as crisp as it should. They were 'fine'...the rest was BOMB! Three of us shared: shrimp lo mein, chicken fried rice, Mongolian beef, General Tso's chicken and white rice. The spiciest of these was a the Mongolian beef, the shrimp in the lo mein were prepared to perfection and the fried rice looked like it could be flavorless but it was not. I would rank the General Tso's on the lower end of my favorites. Some of the chicken seemed a little tough for me. Overall, this was a great dining experience and we look forward to returning and trying some new dishes!
